ISSUE DESCRIPTION
NAV1 map page in flight shows GPS magnetic track number at the top (correct), but is rotated to GPS true track (incorrect). This causes the map to display “sideways” in places with high magnetic declination.
If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
All aircraft equiped with GNS 530.
(GNS 430 does not show map on NAV1 page so does not have the issue)

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Load the C172 classic gauges in place with high magnetic declination
- Takeoff. The bug won’t show when stationary on the ground because the map then uses aircraft heading (another issue).
- Switch GPS to NAV1 page. Observe the difference between numeric ground track and track indicated by the map compass scale.
YOUR SETTINGS
Not relevant. No mods.
MEDIA
On the screenshot TRK numeric field correctly shows 095 magnetic, but the blue compass rose below the number shows 108 degrees and the whole map is rotated to 108 degrees. Magnetic declination in that place is 13 degrees.
