GNS430/530 - Any Flight Plan that has been set up via World Map, is not being automatically transferred to the Garmin Units

Hey Folks!

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

No

Have you disabled/removed all your mods and addons? If the issue still occurs with no mods and add-ons, please continue to report your issue. If not, please move this post to the Community Support section.

Yes, still same issue.

Which aircraft are you reporting an issue about? (Please also add the proper tag for it)

Basically all aircraft with a GNS530/430

Which aircraft version are you experiencing this issue on? (You can find this listed in the Content Manager under the Aircraft Name)

One example is A2A Comanche 250 - v.1.5.0

Brief description of the issue:

After setting up any flight plan in game (not with Simbrief) the flight plan is not being transferred to the GNS530/430. There is no active flight plan, when I load into the aircraft.
I doesn’t matter which aircraft I use or what kind of flight plan (VFR, IFR), as long the aircraft uses the GNS530/430.
The issues only happens with GNS530/430. The PMS GTN750 or the G1000 works fine. See Screenshots for clarification.

Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:

Flight Plan set up in-game

Flight Plan in GNS530 in Comanche 250 is empty

GTN750 working just fine - Flight plan has been loaded

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

I’ve got no idea :frowning: The issue first occured like 2-3 days ago, but have no idea what the cause is, or how to reproduce the issue.

Not having this issue with the Cessna 172. For the A2A Commanche, take a look here:

Ohh, thank you. Didn’t know about the issue with A2A Comanche.

Nonetheless, there are multiple aircraft with the same issue.

Black Square TBM850
Same thing with the Black Square Duke (all Models) and SWS PC-12

Now, the Default Cessna 172 is working fine for me. I still cannot wrap my head around this issue. I feel like it first appeard with the most recent SU15 Beta Update, but I’m not sure about that. I will do some more tests tomorrow and try to provide a proper list of broken aircraft.

Edit: The fix described in your post did the trick for the A2A Comanche 250 - Flight plan is now visible again! Thank you! My guess is there is something wrong with the 3rd party aircraft.

Happy you got that sorted out.
