ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
During daytime, lights behave strange.
- Runway lights, Aircraft ommiteed lights etc are to weak
- There is a big bright are when using external cam and pan around… looks like ‘God’s big torch’

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Set sim time to a daylight time
- Set up a very thick layer of overcast clouds to reproduce a very very dark day
- external cam, pan around
To show the issue, i created a short movie … the broken displays after recent patch is nothing to care about in this bug report, its about lights during daytime
