I am setting out on my around the world flight now.
Whatever airport I finish up at for the night I then go into Google earth, street view, and then have a look around, find somewhere to eat, and then a good hotel for the night.
What would be even better is Google Earth IN the sim:-) I get this is Microsoft operation, but Bing imagery is by far the worst out there to begin with. Google imagery and NAPS are much, much better imo.
I use littlenavmap where i can then see my plane on the map and have put a plugin thing so i see google maps in the app, default or satellite view. (littlenavmap uses Stamen terrain as default map) - It’s so nice.
Would you kindly give details.Iwould like tohave it too
Thank you
Greetings

Hope it works for you too. - If so then enjoy.
Let us know what you find to eat and we will join you.
It’s so much fun doing a Walk around the Airports isn’t it. We had a ‘Walk’ to explore Teesside Airport and found the old Astra Cinema building where my Mum was the Manager when it was an RAF Base.
Very Nostalgic and great Memories.
