GPU doesn’t work

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: The GPU is not attached to the aircraft. Therefore the « external power » is not functional so I can’t start the aircraft while I’m on ground.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Every time I want to start a flight in an airport at a gate

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Start a flight in A320NEO (I think other aircraft have the same issue) at a gate in any airport

  2. The gpu is not connected and the external power button not indicate « available » and doesn’t work

Try going into the ATC window, connect to Ground Services, and request a ground power unit. See if once it arrives the button shows Avail.

Yes but ATC needs electric power to function

Turn on the batteries.

Alternatively, you can turn on both batteries, perform the APU Fire Test, enable the APU, wait 3 seconds, then start the APU. Once the APU is started enable the APU Bleed.

So I did that yesterday and it doesn’t work the batteries and the APU doesn’t turn on

While in the A320Neo V2 cockpit, check the EFB on the left side. Click Ground → Toggle GPU.

I have already do that but it also doesn’t work
