I have that but it’s too small for my vision..

Try TechPowerUp GPU-Z.

I also have less than perfect vision, and I value my screen space, so I have an external screen (see image - the smaller screen) for mine. It’s tiny (3.5" diagonal), but I can read it easily from almost 3 feet away. The larger device next to it has a screen a little smaller than my phone, for comparison. It comes with the software I’m using to display performance parameters on it.
You can find it on Amazon, Newegg, etc by searching for “EDIY USB mini screen.” They come in 3.5", 5", and 8" sizes, I think.

It’s not the most intuitive, but I’ve had an on-screen overlay that is scaled up (and down) in the past - here’s an example from their website https://storage-asset.msi.com/global/picture/news/2023/vga/MSI-Afterburner-guide-04n-OverlEdit-open-configure-Monitoring.jpg

It’s not a very easy option to find, but from the MSI Afterburner Settings page, you can change the font/size used for the OSD. From the On-Screen Display tag, click the More button:

That will open the RivaTuner Statistics options. From there, click the “Raster 3D” button:

That will let you set the desired font and size:
