Currently my build is 5800x3d + EVGA 3070 XCX3. 2560×1440 monitor. The question is: 4070 or 4070TI? Is the price difference justified by the performance?

If I were upgrading, I’d want the headroom. No reason not to.
If you search “4070” on this forum you will come up with a hefty number of prior posts on this topic which may be useful.

I’ve been running the sim for the last 6 months on my i7 13th gen/32gb DDR5 with a 4070ti and had no issues at all. I’d defenitly go for the ti.

I’d definetely not pay 700+bucks for a 12gb card. The choice is yours. If it had 16gb I’d sat yes~
