Hi,
I’ve been trying to figure out how to use SimConnect to get events or read variables concerning warning systems for premature descent, excessive descent rate, imminent terrain impact etc, but been unable to figure out how this is possible.
As far as I can see there are only 2 variables, and no events, in the documentation regarding these kinds of systems:
GPWS WARNING - True if Ground Proximity Warning System installed.
GPWS SYSTEM ACTIVE - True if the Ground Proximity Warning System is active.
I dont need to differentiate between all the different warnings, a single “PULL UP” event is perfectly fine. I could use the current flight data to calculate this myself, but I rather not…
