Grainy/Pixelated Clouds Diagnosis

Although not a solution, I at least believe I have diagnosed where the problem comes from with the awful looking volcanic ash/pixelated and grainy cloud textures at certain times of the day, certain could types, settings, angles, etc. After messing around, it appears that the ‘Density’ slider is what makes them look awful. The only time I get them is if the weather preset or real world weather injects a layer that has a high density to them. When I make my own weather, or choose a preset, I play with the cloud layer and have realized I can completely get rid of the look by decreasing the density slider. That is the only factor affecting the clouds. Unfortunately, you can’t do this with real-world weather. I don’t know if this has already been discussed but that is the only element keeping these clouds gross looking.
