Graphics hit after SU6. No blue water effect at Bora Bora

`Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it? No

`Brief description of the issue: Before SU6 I had the beautiful scenery at Bora Bora with the torquoise water. Now it has gone back to the dull boring water that the game launched with. I have checked the forums and done everything it said, removed everything from my community folder, downloaded the updates, removed and then re-installed the world updates, but it still looks terrible, can anyone help?
