Asking for a friend who has a new build pc, so could be missing software. Picture explains the problem! Anybody know what is causing it?

Assuming you’re not playing fortnite I think you may have corrupted or still compressed files in your Official folder. First update Windows and anything in the Store that might affect this (xbox,gaming services etc). If the problem is still there and you have files that did not decompress they should be easy to find, delete them, make sure your internet is working ok and restart the sim.
