based on those low quality (probably phone) pictures we can’t see what’s wrong with it.
Just make a screenshot at your native resolution (print screen button).
Maybe show your settings on the ‘data’ tab.
Also, you still haven’t responded if you have deleted your cache files yet, that could very well be the source of some issues (if there’s old (low quality) data in the cache files, it won’t be replace with new high quality data).
