Ground services fuel problem

I have problem to get ground fuel service. So I did the following test.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

1/ Initial situation

I park the basic A320 (default Asobo aircraft) at this location : LFPG at gate D17.

I open the ATC menu. I can see:

  • Request pushback

  • Request fuel supply

  • Request ramp connection

  • Request baggage service

  • Request catering service

2/ Results

If I test each of these options, I can see the different trucks and services in action. I can see also the regarding animations.

About the Fuel supply, I never see the truck, and don’t see the fuel tank filling up. In the ATC Menu, I can see “REQUEST FUEL SUPPLY END”.

3/ New try

Going to the MSFS 2020 main menu, and launch a new flight (at the same location, or another airport). Fuel tuck is coming after about 10’, but no refuelling.

4/ Notes

I tried in different big airports.

To be sure, I deleted all advanced airport 3rd party in my community folder. But same result.

Following OP steps, I am unable to reproduce (except the long wait time for the fuel truck to arrive).

Asobo A320
Upon 1st sim launch, truck arrived after around 5 minutes.
The fuel window automatically opened upon pipe connection

I had a closer look at this fuel truck, after reading your post.

After a long time indeed, the fuel truck arrives, but don’t park under the wing. It turns, manoeuvres, trying to find a place somewhere closed to the aircraft.

After about 5’, it goes away.

As it never connects to the aircraft, the fuel panel never automatically opens. And the refuelling process never happened. :sob: Impossible to refuel.
