Ground texture - Low resolution - Internet incorrect Bandwidth

Ground textures EXTREMELY low res up high

I haven’t tested it extensively, but after reviewing my screenshots, it seems that the ground textures become blurry/low res above 23000 ft. The following two images were captured near Milan, Italy.
