Yep, and this was introduced to me in SU4 beta:

Places like EGLL/EDDL/EGPF Under high load (traffic+background apps) The runways start out to be sharp, but once over the treshold, it becomes blurry. Here is an example: here i just landed at EGPF, no stutters nor low FPS, just blurry runways. Pyguree design EGPF is the scenery. It happens on all scenery, also default, near Photogrammetry Area’s Please fix this! [20251106111624_1]

So this update feels more like a downgrade
