As the title says, when I open the GSX pro menu and toggle the jetway or choose the first service it will bring up the menu on who’s operating the services (list has many different airlines) but never the company/ airline I am flying.
For example I flew spirit airlines today using the Fenix A320.
Loaded in and the GSX Pro menu had American Airlines, Alaska, United, frontier, ect. No spirt so I was stuck with default.
When I landed at my arrival airport and taxied to the gate and I was met with the menu to choose the airline company that would provide the service again (for baggage and de boarding)
This time Spirit was an option so I chose it.
Anyone know why this happens? Also if I don’t select a airline company for ground service it’ll automatically choose for me. I am mainly curious as to why I sometimes have the airline I’m flying as choice and sometimes not.
