Well, in most cases GSX works just fine without any additional profiles. But if you want more accurate handling of the ground services, pax, pushback routes etc. for a particular airport, you can install a profile.
As I said, a profile might fix your pax-problem at Vienna airport. Also make sure you exclude jetway replacement for 3rd party products in the GSX config (FSDT installer).
Try running āFSDT Live Updateāā¦it will be under FSDreamteam in you start menu. I has this happen to me but fixed it by running the update.
I asked here in forum before buying GSXPro and they told me that happens more or less automatically. And i dont have Jetways from third party btw.
You mean the ācheckā Option in FSDT Universal Installer?
Nadaā¦close the universal installer, then open your start menu, find FSDreamteam and in there, click on āFSDT LIve Updateā. It will open, do itās thing, then close. Then fire up MSFSā¦
I have only āFSDT Installerā and āFSDT Live Updateā and for emergencies āStart Couatl for GSX MSFSā
Do you mean that ground services, pushback routs, pax boarding etc work automatically? If so, yes, GSX normally works out of the box.
As you ran into trouble at Vienna I thought installing a profile might be worth a try. Iām not sure if it will solve the problem though. Updating GSX as aloper5 said makes sense as well.
Is LOWW the only airport you donāt see pax boarding or is it everywhere?
The exlusion prevents that the jetways of your 3rd party airport are replaced by GSX jetways. Normally, the ones that come with 3rd party airports are better than the generic ones. But maybe this happened automatally, not sure.
Is there an update since i bought it a few days ago?
I donāt know. They only announce bigger updates but reportedly they regularly release minor updates. It certainly wonāt harm. Just click the ācheckā button in the FSDT installer. I update it every other week.
OK i will do it every time i load the sim.
It happened again and i reload the couatl thing for 26 times and testing it the last 30 minutes. The ******* app dont come back.
Starting couatl brings exactly nothing. I did now for more than 20 times and that stupid addon wont come back.
Did you install todayās update? I wonder if you may have an issue with anti-virus or something like that because a lot of us are using this for multiple flights daily without experiencing these issues. You might check the FSDreamTeam forums as well. They have a support section there.
I find GSX to be annoying junk that works intermittently and is often screwball. Creates a real problem with the tug and pushback with certain aircraft. And Ive never heard a good thing about coutl in many years. In fact, I think Iāll uninstall it right now after jacking up my flight today.
I waited a long time before purchasing GSX because I had read about the various problems caused to the simulator and the poor reliability.
Today I decided to purchase GSX Pro 3.x.x and I must say that I was really surprised.
The installation and subsequent update process took several minutes but in the end it installed correctly.
I configured the various settings recommended by the community and after downloading four profiles for the four airports that I wanted to test I performed a couple of flights.
Everything worked as expected and I must admit that GSX Pro adds features that certainly make the simulation much more immersive.
Great product, I am very satisfied with having purchased it.
I conclude by saying that in the MSFS Community I only put what is necessary for the flight I am doing and nothing else, apart from the AI āāmodels.
Maybe this helps GSX Pro not to have problems; additionally, MSFS loading time has increased negligibly.
This has helped a lot of people already with various problems. I decide to share it just in case.
Sometimes the solution can be simple while searching for hours.

Thank you Bram! I didnāt know that one. I really like GSX, but sometimes it left me stuck and restarting Couatle didnāt help. This tip solved that, without affecting the flight!
Glad I could help. GSX is almost required when youāre used to it haha.
