Guess where?

Is it the Axios Delta National Park with Thessaloniki in the background?

And now for something completely different.

The time was 1400Z, and it was taken this month. Where, but also which day?

[No larches growing in the area.]

Haha nice one. But that won’t fool the aliens. They don’t see images like we do. You know they only see this:

I thought it could be the 5th May lunar eclipse but I’m not sure because according to the internet it only began at 15:14Z.

No it’s not related to the eclipse and it’s not on that day.

Ok, I‘m out then😅

I‘d say somewhere close to the. But other than that …

I’m confused
If it’s not related to an eclipse, and it’s 2pm local time, there isn’t anything I can think of that would make it that dark unless you are indoors - but I see a huge aerial mast as the “only”(?) clue… hmmmm

He wrote zulu time, so if it‘s 14.00 zulu time it‘s probably somewhere in Oceania. But that‘s quite big and I‘m sure there‘s more than a handful of such masts.

Well, it’s 2pm Zulu somewhere all the time isn’t it – I assumed he just meant local otherwise that isn’t a help in any way

Why would you think using Z means the image is Oceania?

Isn‘t zulu the same as UTC and GMT?

Yes so it’s nothing to do where you are in context of that black photo

I think. I said I’m confused

It‘s 1400 Zulu everywhere at the same time once every day

Yea so it doesn’t help figure out this puzzle, right?

When it‘s 14.00 zulu and thus 2 pm in Greenwich, London, it‘s nighttime in Oceania, that‘s what I thought. Eg in Auckland it would be 2.00 am.

OK that makes sense!!
No wonder I get in such a fuddle setting the start time for my race events

But - that really doesn’t help even more then!! Is there only 1 radio mast in the whole of Oceania?
