Give a brief description of the issue:
The H-4 is provided with eight controllable engines however only four can be assigned to a peripheral. This was an issue in 2020 and I see it’s carried over to 2024 as well.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered: Looked at the list of available axis’s for engine control, only found four when eight engines are available.
