The mirror size is awfully large. The cockpit of the H125 helicopter, the exterior model is amazingly high quality, however the badly modeled, large mirror, which is of no use whatsoever, spoils the look of this wonderful helicopter.
It would be nice if the mirror was fixed! Reduce its size to a realistic one. It would also be appropriate if the mirror could be made invisible for the user. It actually serves no purpose, it just ruins the look.

I could put up with it being too large if it was actually usable. The reflections are meaningless. The smaller mirror is slightly better, but still of no use for cargo missions.

Sure, but that is a different issue. I don’t want to mix it with this one, because this is undeniably a bug, one that should be very easy to fix.
The mirroring is a different animal, there may have been reasons why it was implemented this way (performance, for instance) and much more complicated to fix/enhance. If that problem is high on your priority, open a separate issue.
BTW mods, any reason this isn’t logged as a bug? Or feedback at least, anything missing from the report?
Bump. Trying to get the attention of the community managers to get this logged, come on guys, this is a low hanging fruit. So easy to fix, guaranteed no regressions, would look great in the burndown chart…
And while you are at it, remove it from the agricultural variant. It does not help anything, wouldn’t even help if it worked, only reduces the view when landing on the truck.
Add wire cutters instead, that is one thing almost all ag helicopter will have…
And, give us some feedback, for god’s sake, is anyone there reading this? Why do you even have a bug category if no one ever follows up on them?
You’re right. I agree. It would be nice if the developer removed the mirror for the agricultural version. The agricultural version requires a wire cutter to protect the helicopter from the wire.
At least remove it from the agricultural variant. Please. Please. Your idiotic algorithm keeps telling me that “it’s all about efficiency”, bet this huge thing does not help with that…
