yes the H125 has a trim button, look at the stick, but even if you press these buttons by hand nothing happens
This seems accurate, with the exception that âweâll fix it laterâ should be âwe hope no one noticesâ.
Using a Puma X setup. No trim setting working for H125. Guimbal and B407 trim work. Trim hat and force trim respectively.
Clicking on in screen cyclic shows trim but says N/A. Needs and update for force trim and hat trim in H125.

⢠also, (Iâm on the Xbox) when you go to third person, there is no trim in the hud. I just flew 108 nm in the h125 and there is absolutely no trim control making it hard to fly that far.
If relevant, provide additional screenshots/
I googled it and it seems the h125 does have trim irl.
other people were saying in the feedback thread that thereâs different models IRL and the one in msfs doesnât have any sort of AP or SAS and that includes having no trim, usually tho msfs would label buttons as INOP instead of literally having the buttons that just donât do anything - EVEN if we have a genuine model without any such trim I think itâs basically vital that msfs add some sort of very basic release trim method (like dcs) or copy the G2 forward/back/left/right trimming so that players on center spring joysticks can actually use this heli, like I donât think itâs hyperbolic to say itâs pretty unflyable on anything beyond like a 15 minute mission, genuinely need full forward deflection the entire time
having an option to effectively force trim any heli when using a center spring joystick (and simply dont use that option if you think its unrealistic) would go a long way imo, since we donât have the H225 in missions yet and even that thing seems pretty unfinished as well⌠enjoying the game a lot but I really wanted to get deep into helis and it seems like helis have a lot of issues right now

Totally agree. On the plus side it seems like skipping portions of the flight doesnât penalize you right now.. I skipped an entire hour-long flight once I realized the H125 didnât have trim and still had âNo skip bonusâ at the end. Bugs as the workaround for bugs lol!

It also doesnât have centering springs IRL. Force trim is a feature for joystick users to compensate for the fact they all have springs.
Same here.
Fortunetly I bought Moza AB9 base, so I can fly H125 comforatable because of hardware trim release in this base !
Thank you for the bug report.
We have created an internal ticket to see if our team already has this logged, and if not they will attempt to reproduce the issue and create a new bug report. This item is now marked as feedback-logged. If there is an existing bug report or one is created, we will move this thread to bug-logged

⢠Those trim buttons are AFCS trim, which depends on the installation of an AFCS system. So if thereâs no AFCS in the H125, we might as well have radio controls go there.

I have the same issue with :
- decrease rotor longitudinal trim (helicopters)
- increase rotor longitudinal trim (helicopters)
- increase trim (specific)
- decrease trim (specific)
My Joystick is a thrustmaster TCA airbus
Signed, same issue, in the H125 the lateral and longitudinal rotor trim, and the force trim reset do not work.
Same issue. Force Trim works fine in the Guimbal (although that helicopter isnât so equipped IRL). But nothing seems the work in the Airbus.
You may be right about the axis trims (hat switch). But I think nearly all turbine helicopters have force trim. Otherwise theyâd be quite fatiguing to fly. Magnetic force trim allows the pilot to set the cyclic and let go, both relieving the need for constant input and frees his hand to momentarily use it elsewhere.
Thatâs what I was thinking too, Iâm having a hard time believing that the H125 doesnât have any force trim. But hey, if the manuals say soâŚ
I guess thatâs why HeliSAS is a popular option. I venture to guess that the hydraulic system combined with the long lever arm of the cyclic makes it a lot less fatiguing than flying with a spring loaded joystick, otherwise I canât imagine how the H125 gained popularity.
Please add standard rotor trim controls asap on the H125.
Otherwise an awesome bird but just unusable at the moment because of this issue.
So frustrating.
