Description of the issue:
The trim for the Airbus H125 does not work, despite having “specific” controls built in within the settings, and a functioning button on the stick. The H125 should in theory have functional trim, and it’s modelled visually in the cockpit, however it doesn’t impact the flight profile. This has been reported elsewhere, e.g. on Reddit and on the Forum.

Note that while pressing the assigned button does also “press” the button visually on the stick in the cockpit, there’s no impact on the flight profile.

The H125 has “specific” trim controls in the control settings. Indeed binding these controls does result in buttons moving in the cockpit (see TRIM REL depressed in the screenshot, for example).

i noticed this too and it makes it much harder to fly than it should be, hype have a really nice trim function in their 145 for 2020, it’d be pretty nice to have a working trim release on every heli where appropriate - whats worse is it seems like the forward/back/left/right trimming that works on the G2 doesn’t work on the H125, i would say this basically makes this helicopter genuinely unflyable with most regular hardware at home, at least very uncomfortable, which sucks as it’s the only choice for a lot of the career
I finally unlocked SAR and my wrist is really hurting from basically full deflection in the H125 the entire time pls fix

• tried variety of other buttons, multiple times. both keyboard and stick
• trim with same binds works on the Bell heli, havent gottent around to H225 yet

• Yes. Didnt need to floow any steps, tried flying it in game after setting trim functions that work in the Calabri for example.

TRIM does not work. The helicopter is difficult to fly without TRIM. It is a big mistake on the developer’s part not to add it. I hope they fix it soon.
Same here, but, turns out the h125 doesn’t have trim standard, so this isn’t really a bug. They should probably add an option to set the cyclic to any given position as most people don’t exactly have a cyclic stick to work with, and pushing down on a joystick for 2 hours isn’t very fun.

• I have just tried all other MSFS2024 helicopters, and they all have working longitudinal/lateral trim as well as force trim release (I think this is new in MSFS2024). It’s just the H125 that does not have any trim at all. Even if the real-life aircraft might not have trim functionality, int the sim it would make a lot of sense to enable it. Most people have joysticks with springs, and flying the H125 in cruise for any amount of time is very tiring.
What’s worse is if you read the description for several of these keybinds you will see several of them are just A** backwards/wrong. It’s like someone just threw all this stuff together and said we’ll fix it later.. Not to mention there are duplicate binds scattered everywhere in the sim. It’s a hot mess for sure.
