As can be seen in other few flight simulators (small organisations), already since from few years ; seeing your hands in the cockpit as controllers (not the virtual controllers) and using your hands to press buttons or turn knobs, can be achieved as a feature. And definetely increases the immersion of VR to a higher level. We would like to see MS/Asobo (such a big organisation) to implement this feature as soon as possible which users are waiting for this for few years. Additionally, we would also like to have a feature to toggle virtual controllers hide/show to avoid unintentional interaction with cockpit while using our hands now, as hand passthrough or else. Thanks for taking this into account. Regards.
Lets start with DCS style hand tracking represented as gloved hands, with the option to interact with cockpit switches etc with fingers and the option to disable interaction on yokes and sticks etc. a simple way of aligning your real world and sim world yoke/stick can’t be that tricky so you get tactile feedback as your hands make contact in sim.
We do not prefer gloved hands. As can be seen in the video of AeroFly , we would like to have this feature, using our bare hands, where MS/Asobo can do a better job with this big organisation and budget. DCS style gloved or other options can follow later. This video is about 2 years old and there are more videos from earlier. This means it can be achieved. Of course MSFS2024 is not simple as other simulators but anyway the experience, budget and the scale of the team is adequate for this.
Dear Captains,
Please vote this topic if you are interested in bringing hand control in VR Cocpit where other tiny sims already have done it years ago. It will be a very good immersion upgrade for all. Thanks for your support.

X-Plane is also made a big improvement on this subject which we are also expecting from MSFS2024. Thanks for voting this title.
Here is a small mod related to this topic. You may find this useful for your VR Cockpit. We need more votes for this feature to become real. Thanks.
