This is the solution:
It’s really hard to understand Nividia and Asobo allow this to happen
If a stupid feature in Nvidia conflicts with the game the game should not allow it to take place
These kind of things are very irritating
On the other hand, I don’t have enough words to thank you for the speedy reply and your concern, as I was going crazy checking everywhere for a possible solution, I was very frustrated and irritated

I had the same issue after updating to the new driver. I had to roll it back to previous Drivers and It worked again.
