Haze does NOT mean icing in winter

Description of the issue:

Can we please stop generating icing on the airframe with lower than 10SM visibility or in haze conditions (HZ on the metar). Aircraft flying through haze in the wintertime (or even during cold temperatures) DOES NOT mean icing. My aircraft always ices up and this is not realistic.

Here’s the METAR at the time in the sim (live weather)

• Yes, the airplane is covered in ice even though I never flew through a cloud. This really needs to be fixed
