I have the Alpha and Bravo fully functional without the 10 degree bug by using FSUIPC7. You need to tell FSUIPC to load a LUA script for each device to enable the buttons above the Windows default 32 button limitation. You can download working Alpha and Bravo LUA scripts posted by spokes2112 in this thread.
Add the LUA scripts to the FSUIPC7.ini to autoload when running FSUIPC7
I then unmapped all the switches generating the 10 degree bug from the MSFS controller profiles and re-mapped them in FSUIPC7.
