ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
The speed tape on the left is showing flaps speeds in the barber pole do not exceed range and yellow warning

REPRODUCTION STEPS

1.start a flight
2. Accelerate and watch the airspeed and flap speed indicators
3. The cruise speed of 250kts is in the barber pole ?
4. And no the flaps arent extended
