ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Hebron Oil Rig (OL524) is misplaced, it is currently in the Gulf of St. Lawrence/Cabot Strait between Cape Breton Island and Newfoundland. It should be in offshore oil field east of Newfoundland. I don’t know the exact coordinates.
Coordinate or location of issue: 46° 32’ 38.26" N 58° 29’ 52.76" W
