Description of the issue:
The pilot and Co-pilot (Radio Operator) weights in the EFB for the Heinkel He-70 cannot be modified

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Twice (only flown this aircraft twice so far)
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- In Free Flight, select the Heinkel He-70
- Open the EFB and navigate to the Mass & balance page (Note: there is no need to start a flight to repro this, though if you do, the issue remains).
- Note that:
a). The pilot weight is locked at 0lbs (see screenshot below)
b). The co-pilot (Radio Operator) has no square box, so this weight cannot be entered at all.
The four passenger weights can be added (150 lbs per passenger) as expected.
