During flight my screen just shutdown and co-pilot stays on…why?
I have the same …sometimes all dark. It happend also during approach … nice . Sometimes turning OFF and ON the knob on the left side of the display helps. I am using the latest A32NX master ( more functionality than std ) from
So I thought it is becauce of some bugs in that ?
what is the difference between original and mod?
Mod is better.
but is the same right? only with fixes and improvements? but everything is equal and realistic ? the procedures etc…
Yes, it’s based on the default asobo a320, but many things are improved / extended. Actually it’s already many steps forward compared to default acft. And still improving / fixing things.
Try it and you will be surprised, maybe exciced.
Yes you have looooots more than in Standard
more Knob/buttons are operational
more pages in the display available
more checklists … some also interactive
there is a stable version V0.2.0 but I always try the latest master
Download it and put only the A32NX folder into the MSFS community folder
I had this happen also while using the FlyByWire dev version. It appears since the OP was not using FBW that it is an issue associated with something in the default A/C code. Mine restarted on it’s own after a few minutes. Reminded me of failures in the sim and having to transition to reversionary mode or stand-by instruments.
Same issue here, it happens some times and it does not others
Download the master branch of the A32nx mod. I think they fixed that and the engine bug in a temporary way while waiting for Asobo to fix it
You need just set the lighting on this adjusting wheel left directly beside this dark monitor. Then its back bright.
Is a bug after the last patch.
This adjusting wheel disguise itself, you can c hear it also.
This bug has some to do with the joystick/pad control. The monitors do not turn off, the light just turn down.
Not quite. A32nx has extended aircraft functionality (ECAM, MCDU, checklists, panels and so on).
Not recommended if you’re rig is low or medium since the mod drains some performance. That’s probably because current version is 0.2 and it’s not optimized.
To circumvent the weird behavior you can try to set AI aircraft density to zero while still in main menu.
For me, the issue was resolved when I turned off all multiplayer, online, AI, and ground traffic.
Guys,
This seems to be an issue with Ground Traffic. Make sure you turn it down to zero. Since doing this, I have had not had the problem reappear.
I have turned off Real Time traffic and Ground Traffic (static airliners at airports) and again, haven’t seen the problem since.
