Help to recenter the cockpit view in VR

I’m looking for some help with the new 1.21.18 VR version.

Previously, I had a keyboard key that allowed me to recenter my view in the cockpit. Since the new version, this key has disappeared.

I’ve already gotten a message saying, “To re-center the view, press the Start / Stop .” Where’s the start / stop key on a keyboard ?? So I have to fly in an unaligned position in the cockpit, which is very uncomfortable.

Some other keys on the keyboard no longer work either. Did I miss something on the configuration level?

Try the spacebar.

check your key mappings. My joystick and throttle were reset to default mode my first flight after the update.

Check if you have “home cockpit mode” enabled under the camera settings. I had to disable this to be able to re-center the VR cockpit view again.

…and what is the key to recenter in VR mode ? The last update changed my previous key. I don’t see where I can set this in the setting.

It’s called “VR - camera reset” so search for that and bind it to any key you like or a button. But beware that it won’t work unless you disable home cockpit mode.

I think this may vary according to the plane. I have re-center mapped to my hotas. Some planes it works, some not. I assigned foreward/backward and up/down to hotas and they always work.
