Help understanding de-ice system terminology on the PC-6

I’ve been trying to understand whether the PC6 is capable of flying in icing conditions, but do not understand the terminology from its POH:
"ANTI ICE SWITCH
This switch energizes heating elements on:

  • the pneumatic sense line to the FCU
  • the pneumatic servo line connecting the FCU with the propeller governor
  • the pitot tube and the static ports "

I know that the pitot tube and the prop are ok for icing conditions, but how about the wings?

I guess the PC-6 is not capable to operate in Icing Condition.

The PC6 can not be operated in Icing conditions.
There is a heating system simulated that will let the ice on the windshield disappear, but the aircraft should not be operated in icing conditions, according to the POH:
