Tried searching forums and couldn’t find anything recent… anyone know where the folder is if I want to backup/save all of my peripheral settings/sensitivity calibrations/etc. ?

This info is stored with your account. It is cloud data, originating from a server. So your backup is there 
Only practical fall-back option I can think of is using screen shots…
There are some files on your disk…
