Help with flight plans and approaches

Good day all, I am reaching out to the experts and knowledge base regarding flight planning and approaches. I am casual flight simulator and need assistance with flight plans mainly approaches.

I am using the PMDG 737 and when loading my flight plan and entering the ARR/DEP info and going through the legs for accuracy I run into the following problem with my approaches.

What am I supposed to do with the VECTOR to connect it to BFREE.

If I delete the VECTOR the following occurs. Please advise with tips to fix this. Cheers!!

IRL, you would be vectored to the next waypoint by ATC, and would continue your approach from there.
In a Boeing, if you don’t want to fly that leg manually, you could click on the LSK beside BFREE and then click on the LSK beside (VECTOR).
That will then make BFREE the next waypoint.

You will need to Exec it after that modification

Ahh OK! Makes total sense. I appreciate the feedback! Seems to easy and I wonder why I didn’t think of it.

Cheers!
