Ya might need new glasses then.
try these settings especially low latency mode and turn of max frame rate if your not gonna hit it.
is vsync turned off in game? turn off if enabled.
Umm I have the same gpu as OP but I’m running a i9-10900k. I’ll be home around 1.5 hours and I’ll post my settings. I’m running on 4K 30hz , some settings mixed between high/ultra
Render scale : 100
Object : 150
Terrain : 150
I’m getting around 35-50 fps overall. Reason why I’m running on 30hz is because I would get A LOT of stuttering on 60hz. So far it’s smooth and I’m happy with the results.
Low Latency Mode is only for shooting games. No need for Ultra on the sim
No harm trying it and it says use ultra when combined with gsync and vsync as it minimizes latency.
With my settings my game is running smooth in full 4k on I9-9900k and rtx 2070.
Anyway have given all my suggestions if they don’t help then try other people’s suggestions or don’t choice is his.
Chill on that render scaling. Why are you even going above 100%? Anyways, regardless of the setup/config, you still not going to get more than 40FPS. Thats just the way the game runs…
NO! It doesnt work AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Only other option then is to turn in game settings down.
many settings you can barely or not see any difference between high and ultra settings is a good video on YouTube showing difference each setting makes.
Thank for your help, but i dont want try again. i decided to give up this game and go back paly P3D
down to 30% i just get same frame
Try this:
- Disable Vsync in MSFS, use render scaling 100, glass panel update frequency to medium
- Set on Nvidia control panel and disable game experience option like below
Definitely not a set problem its must be game issuse!
And then you get CPU limited.
I dont know why people are trying to help you. They game just runs heavy on CPU and some places it will go below 20FPS even with the best CPU.
If you really want an a few extra FPS, you can set your Terrain LOD to 100.
BUT STILL THANKs FOR YOUR HELP!
It’s depend on location, dense airports vs in the air, it’s totally different, also if there is traffic can reduce fps, it’s all about option setting, if you don’t care about traffic, shut down live traffic, multiplayer, etc…
As far as I’m concerned, it’s the most beautiful game ever released. Not sure why you are trying to brag about your system though.
Check this:
If you have Vsync on, turn it OFF.
In Nvidia control panel set FPS to 30 and check fps in KLGA airport. If you keep 30 you can test with higher FPS settings.
he he
I’d be a VERY happy man with frames of 26!
Normally running 22 and occasionally down to 19 on my laptop; in my opinion 20fps is ok, totally playable and enjoyable.
