optimizations are coming next patch

They were meant to be released in the latest patch. How do u know they are coming next patch ?

Watch those expectations.
I’d bet that they won’t help people that insist on using settings that are too high for their machine and I’d bet the above has everything set to Ultra.

They will probably only really be noticeable for people with specific hardware combinations just like performance improvements in just about every other game ever. Asobo built up crazy expectations by not being explicit about what kind of improvements that can be expected. Unless they are releasing the DX12 version, in that case most of us might see a meaningful increase in performance. I saw none when X-Plane went to vulkan so even that isn’t guaranteed.

I think you need two of those cards stuck together to get good fps out of this game.

There is a problem with your NV settings, or you did not spend enough time to browse the forum posts.

They will tell you, please switch to 4K, ultra-setting, if the number of frames does not change, it means that the maximum performance advantage of your graphics card is used.

I’m not sure if you’re joking or not, but you’re rendering internally at 5120x2000… Not sure what you expect, but I’d suggest turning your render scaling down to 100% and try again. I can barely tell the difference between 100% and anything beyond.

There’s a bit more to building and tuning a PC than just throwing a bunch of money at it. And if you’re expecting to have a constant 60 FPS or more in an airliner, then be prepared to be sorely disappointed, even with the coming updates.

Wait a moment

IT doesn t make any difference whether it s100or 30!!!

What’s your settings? PC specs?

4K ultra same ~!

You need to compare things in the same aircraft and same weather conditions and time of day or your never gonna see the effects changes make.

What are your nvidia settings and windows power options?

I DID ! same aircratf same weather same time same airport! Windows power setting High Performance! Same gate! NO change hapen same Frame

The first post is in lower light than the others.

get us a screenshot of the nvidia settings.

I understand your frustrated but people on here just trying to help we don’t know how things are set up on your pc.

Have you gone in task manager selected details found the sim right clicked and set priority to high priority?
Is game mode enabled.

What an awful post! (And thread title)!

right BUT i just change time but you can see no frame change

Updated my previous reply try those things and screenshot your NVidia settings. Can’t help or suggest anything else without those.

The fps may not have moved a whole bunch but between changes the render latency changed that needs to be cut in half. For me sim only runs smooth below 30ms for render latency.
also the last pic of yours the mainthread was in yellow lots of red before that needs to be mainly in green.

stick with the 4k and ultra settings and change from there, cos render latency dropped a huge amount from first pic.

It should have been DX12 at launch.
