I am considering getting the above but I am a bit confused on the buttons on this yoke. It appears they are “pre-programmed” (i.e Master, Lights). Does MSFS recognize these buttons as they are labled? Can any or all of these buttons be re-assigned for other functions within MSFS?
Yes. They do exactly what they are labeled for in the default settings for the yoke if the plane has the functionality. But you can copy the default setting and make changes to the buttons function.

yes they are recognized and pre-assigned but you can re-assign them for whatever you like. The Bravo throttle also has switches for lights so if you have both like I do you definitely will want to re-assign them for other purposes.
