Honeycomb Bravo 50% issue

Hello everyone.

I recently got the Honeycomb Bravo, but I’m not able to use properly. All 4 throttle axis only work at 50-100%. I never calibrated it through windows, but tried the reset to default thing (it worked for others). That doesn’t work for me. Is there anything else I can do?
