The Bravo trim wheel is not working as it should in 2024. I have all the same settings as in 2020. I have 2020 working here side by side with 2024, 2020 is fine and 2024 not working properly.
I am using VJoy and Authentikit to get it working properly in 2020 however does not want to function the same in 2024 very frustrating and confusing especially with this 3 profile thing going on. Its kicking my butt just don’t have a clue atm. The Elev trim works with Alpha button and hold up or down but would really like the wheel working.
Any one else same issues? or got their Bravo trim good in 2024 can go over with me how to get it working please!
I’ve been using Axis and Ohs and the trim wheel has worked fine for me in both 2020 and 2024. I’m not in MSFS now but it seems like the option was ELEV_TRIM_UP and ELEV_TRIM_DN or something like that, but it works.

Mine works as expected. I haven’t done or intalled anything.
Thanks I will try Axes and Ohs. But I should clarify the trim does work but not getting a smooth or fast enough response. I will have to spin the wheel 100 times just to get a few degrees of movement.
This is a old issue with the Bravo that was corrected by Vjoy and Authentikit to multiply the inputs and convert it to Axis for the Sim to read as an Axis -100 to 100% and works fine in 2020. It just does not for for me in 2024
That was exactly my problem, and Axis and Ohs was the fix for me. When I first set it up my muscle memory took over and I spun the wheel like I was on Wheel of Fortune. My nose went straight up, so I knew I’d found the fix lol.
Oddly though, as DAS noted, it works normally on some planes.

Okay… So think I got it! A lot better now. Will tweak it more and see what else I can do with this app. Thanks a Lot!
What was the solution. Spinning mine does random things. I have it binded elevator trim down (analog)

I have my Bravo and AuthentiKit configured to use the Bravo’s trim wheel as an axis and it’s working in 2024 in the same capacity as it does in 2020.
My solution was to use Axis and Oh’s application. Was simple to setup a couple of settings for the trim wheel and done. You will have to do one for each different plane because the setups are per plane which makes it powerful and very customizable. At the moment Im just using the app for trim control but it looks like it can do everything I will add more to it as needed.
Just do it!
