No, not at all. There is room to spare under the desk with the cabinet in place and I have placed a USB LED strip under the desk to toplight the Bravo as well, which works really well.

Hello,
Your setup is beautifully professional in appearance and appears quite functional, however, while I would like to mount my Honeycomb Yoke and throttle quadrant under mount, I am concerned that the 6 short screws on top of each module will not stand the test of time, particularly with the yoke. Have you experienced any ill effects, and how long has your setup been under mounted?

The small screws from the alpha and bravo are used to attach the mount. The mount is then clamped to the desk, or others use longer screw to attach the mount under the desk. The following is an example.
Hello, and thank you for your reply, but I am fully aware of the purpose and use of the "small screws.” My question pertained to the sturdiness of the mount attached to the yoke via these small screws. The Honeycomb site indicates that the yoke, and Bravo, were not designed with under mount in mind, suggesting that the cabinets and their screw mounts might not support their own weight and overall use. My question therefore related to user experience with the under mount, and overall durability.
My setup below. I had both under my desk for some time, and I have no reason to believe it’s not solid. I did just move the Bravo to a center pedestal so I could mount another touch screen for the FMS above it. This is still somewhat in progress and the cables are messy. CJ4 setup.

Despite the fact that I had ordered and am about to receive the under mount plates for both the Alpha yoke and Bravo throttles, I have had a change of heart, and will be keeping the Honeycomb’s on top of the desk. To that end, I have ordered a Flight Velocity Pro Series Model 1 - FVPro1 for my eventual purchase of the G1000 suite to create a glass cockpit.
