Brief description of the issue:
Water runways at PHNL Honolulu, Hawaii are missing from the simulator. These runways were present in prior versions starting when water runways were first added, but have subsequently been removed from the sim for some reason. Specifically, Runways 4W/22W and 8W/26W should be available, located in the visible dredged channels on the southeast edge of the field between the land land runway 4R/22L and 8R/26L.
