Hook endorsement test. In stable hover with cargo. Above delivery drop site. Does not trigger completion criteria. Tried hover from 100ft above dropping and hovering at 10 ft increments. Tried dropping cargo on ground lifting cargo in stable hover in 10ft increments does not trigger completion criteria. Cargo makes contact with ground at an altitude of 9560ft so 30ft hover at 9590ft should be sufficient. I have become extremely proficient in hovering attempting to complete this. Tree times during this the system completely crashes. (Technically second separate problem that has now occurred on multiple different missions) Console hard power down. Front power/reset buttons unresponsive, requiring unplugging power source. Console restarts and chastises me for the power down.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
This occurs every time I try to pass the helicopter hook endorsement in career mode.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Try and pass hook endorsement it won’t allow you to pass and if you sit there and hover for 10-20 mins it has crashed for me multiple times.
Yes the Hook Endorsement Certification is not possible to complete on PS5 as you can’t drop off the cargo. It’s supposed to instantly start being detached after the cargo is on the ground in the zone so you don’t have to wait 10 to 20 minutes haha
Hello, I have the same problem on PC. I just tried to fly the mmission again and itts still not working. I see the blue circle for the dropzone but it wont unload. Do you guys have any recommendations?
Just attempted again on the PS5 Pro, and the Hook Endorsement is now passible! (The Drop Zone has been raised up so the cargo can actually be recognized that it’s there) So try it out again!

Thanks, yes I can confirm, the issue is now resolved. The missing crew on top are back and able to unhook the drop. I guess they came back from their coffee break
After unlocking Hook Endorsement and Airline Transport Pilot License - Rotorcraft, the Bell UH-1H Huey and Eurocopter EC-135 T1 joysticks are bugging. They do not allow nose down or nose up.
I stopped after back to back missions cause both were lost after going back to main menu. ATPL-Rotorcraft also unlocks the Chinook, Airbus and H225, but no missions to test and don’t want to risk losing out on more missions due to bug.
