Horizon Simulations Boeing 787-9 ILS Issue

On ILS approach I arm the localiser the aircraft captures it but then proceeds to turn left and right and does not settle on the beam. Last night tried to arm APPR earlier than normal same deal.

I do not have any Heavy Mod installed in the aircraft only cockpit textures (v1.1.1) Aircraft version is v1.1.2.

I have tried in vain to find any info on this as I recall in the past another user had the same issue.

Thank you

moved to User Support Hub Aircraft & Systems and added the relevant tags.

Sometimes there is a little oscillation on some planes before it damps out and settles onto course. Autopilot PID tuning can need tweaking by the plane developer.

That said, it can be worse if you are capturing at too high a speed or too extreme of an angle. Are either of those a possibility?

If you try to capture at 30 degrees and 185 kts, how does it perform?

Thank you for the reply.

Neglected to mention that this issue was on approach to Inibuilds EGLL just tried at stock KATL an no problem maybe some thing wrong with the ILS at that particular airport.

Thank You once again

Also make sure your NAV1 is set to the correct frequency for the ILS approach. Not needed if you are doing an RNAV approach.

Thank You neglected to do that when I had the issue.
