Horrible Jittering when panning camera

Anyone else getting horrible jittering trying to pan the camera around in FS24? This is both when holding down the right mouse button to move camera viewpoint or using joystick hatswitch, jitters present both internal and external views:

I seem to be getting very little consistency in the new sim. Some days I can manage a whole flight, my control bindings have all been forgotten, graphics settings have changed themselves, and I cant even move my camera around to begin a flight.

I don’t have this (well not this severe, I do have some stuttering when panning but not too much more than I did in 2020), but there are two things on the top of my head I can think of to try: 1) disable motion blur (unlike it’s causing the issue, but it might not be helping, either) 2) play around with the off-screen terrain precache setting. This would be more likely to have an impact.
