Mamu Design scenery enhancement Power Lines, Lifts and Marinas cause severe stutters and even 1 to 5 second freezes while using them after SU5 implementation
Marinas cause minor stutters. Power Lines and Lifts major game breaking ones.
After removing the mods and flying the same route again the Game was butter smooth.

I have to give a little update here cause i tested this a little bit further:
The Marinas cause only some absolute rare mini stutters … its so small that it can be even viewed as not a real problem. I even left them installed cause of the immersion plus.
The biggest impact has the power lines addon… this seems to cause massive stutters and freezes… i still dont know what impact the project lifts have when installed alone without the other 2 addons.
Can confirm after weeks of troubleshooting MAMU Designs Powerlines was the culprit of my sim stuttering and freezing.
Wow so much time spent on settings and drivers etc, even a clean community folder, nothing.
Disable it in my Content Manager from Marketplace and boom, sim is usable again especially in heavy PG areas where it used to stutter and even freeze for 1-2 seconds.
