Hot air balloon: Weird physics

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
When applying boost through the two main valves, it is easy to trigger weird behavior. The balloon starts to rise at >2000ft V-speed for a long time and wobbles heavily.

Did you use the drone to check this out? My experience is that it’s the drone camera that causes this.

No I didn’t. I saw the same thing on one or two YouTuber videos as well though.

However, the balloon starts to act weird as well as soon as you enter photo mode so that may be related or the same issue.

Right, photo mode. I meant photo mode :stuck_out_tongue: I haven’t tried opening up both main and whisper burners, but it doesn’t surprise me.

I was able to trigger this by heating the envelope way too hot while moored, then releasing the mooring. But if it’s happening to you at normal temps without mooring, that’s definitely odd. I mean it’s weird either way, but I kind of expected something weird to happen in my case.
