How can we start tracking Virtual Airline flights [FSUIPC] in FS2024?

Hey guys,

I know the sim is a hot mess right now but somebody has to ask the question.

This is about utilizing FSUIPC to track virtual airline flights (via smart-cars etc.) for FS2024.

I’ve read somewhere that creating a “Community” folder within the “packages” folder and installing FSUIPC in there has worked in the Alpha.

But that didn’t work out. Do we have to wait for a new FSUIPC version or is there a way already? Thank you in advance for your help.

SOLVED.

Solution: You do not need FSUIPC at all, I didn’t know that before.
Had to download the new SimCARS software and that worked like a charm.

Sorry for wasting somebody’s time!

There is also a beta 2024 version of FSUIPC now, too. It’s only available as a download from a forum thread from their support forum, and requires a bit more effort with installation, but it does appear to be fully functional.
