Let’s suppose the default runway for landings on an airport is runway 15. Because of that, the FMC (B747) automatically selects this as the one I’m going to land. But how can I change it to runway 33? Thanks.

I hope I understand your question correctly but from what I’m reading my answer would be:
Whenever you create a (IFR) flight plan in the world map, the simulator will program the FMC (Flight management computer) for you. This includes the arrival and approach procedures that are selected in the flight plan. If the approach is set to automatic the ATC will give you the approach upon arrival. The designated runway should be the one that let’s you land into the wind.
You can program the flight computer manually too and select the arrival/approach of your choice.
There are several tutorials on how to program the FMC so I suggest looking at those. Here is one I found useful:
