When I try to adjust the settings of e.g Altitude, Heading etc., these Blue tooltips or whatever they are called pop up and they make it impossible to adjust anything.
I am flying the B747-08.

check this… need to go into Accessibility options and changed “locked” to “legacy”

The other option is to just turn off the instrument name and description tooltips. That makes for a more authentic experience.
Then interaction can be either mode. There are advantages to each interaction mode depending on how you are simming. In 2D desktop, legacy is good. In VR Lock is helpful.
