How do I load OpenXR?

I’ve just bought Reverb G2 today, and currently, also own a Quest 2. According to Windows I have OpenXR installed but I don’t know how to load it up. I want to follow Youtube advice on setting the render resolution and motion smoothing but I can’t for the life of me find OpenXR on my system!

I know I have it as attempting to install it I get the message already installed, but it doesn’t show in my programs list and I have no icons to click to start it.

Any ideas?

Go to Windows store and download the OpenXR development tool

It says that I already have it installed?

In the search feild (bottom left), search for ‘OpenXR’, when the resluts show, right click and ‘Pin to Start’ OR, click on Start and scroll down your Apps and look for Open XR.

Just to be specific, it is the “OpenXR developer tools for windows mixed reality” (catchy name huh?) that you require in order to adjust render scale etc.

If you already have it then it will show up in your Windows store library:

Thanks guys. It’s strange I can’t find it on my system and when I search for it, it links to a file I can’t open.

However, when I try and install it, whilst it says I already have it installed a launch icon does appear for me to click on. So that’s working for now!
